To succeed in the business of real estate deals, you have to be an expert negotiator.

Firstly, as a Property Developer, you must have the desire and patience that the process demands.

You're likely to need more knowledge than you think—there may be things you already know and things you know you don't know, but once you start working on a project, you'd discover a lot of stuff you didn't realise you didn't know!

Knowing which questions to ask, along with an understanding of the real estate market and property development process, is likely to help us get much better deals than you could.

When done right, property development can:  

• Make money—Profits from property development are much higher than from selling, even in a hot market; 
• Easier access to finance—While it's a bit more difficult to fund improvements right now,  a  partially funded development project is in the position to leverage further finance; 
• A property development project will enable you to maximise your tax benefits.

 If you decide to join one of our development projects, our fee is calculated as a percentage of the final valuation and is built into the project costing.

We charge the project—not the homeowner nor individual investors—a retainer fee and three progressive payments, reflective of the construction industry standards. The final payment is due on the settlement of the project.

All parties involved in our projects have a vested interest to ensure the best outcome possible.

 All of our development projects aim for at least a 25 percent return on investment.
